  • Note: While rare, delivery may take up to 20 business days during peak seasons or bank holidays.

• Tracking Information: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for the courier to update the status.

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Momi Glow is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
