Q: How long does shipping take? A: Our standard delivery time to the UK is 7–12 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer order tracking?

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at support@momiglow.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order is already being processed to ensure fast delivery.
What if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please send photos and your order number to support@momiglow.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your products safe for babies?

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page. If your baby is between sizes, we generally recommend choosing one size up for extra comfort and growth room.

To bring you the latest designs and best value, some items may ship separately from different partner warehouses. You will receive tracking information for every part of your order.
